Program description

Ageless Humans sends transactional and conversational SMS messages from our concierge, Aemy. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, review requests, magic-link sign-in codes, and replies to inbound questions you send us.

How to opt in

You can opt in by texting our concierge at the number provided, by entering your mobile number on aemy.ai/sms-signup, by providing your number during a booking on our website or in the lobby kiosk, or by giving consent to our front desk in person. Consent is required and is never a condition of purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END to any message to stop receiving SMS. We will send one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START or YES to resubscribe.

Message frequency

Frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Most members receive between two and fifteen messages per month. Conversational threads with our concierge may briefly exceed that during an active exchange.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless plan and carrier. Ageless Humans does not charge for SMS, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Supported carriers

Service is available on all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, UScellular, and most MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and message content are used solely to communicate with you about your relationship with Ageless Humans. We do not sell your mobile number or message content. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding the messaging providers that deliver our messages. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Ageless Humans at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates apply.
