Terms of Service

Aemy is operated by Tech Surfer Co. ("Aemy", "we", "us"). Aemy provides booking, payments, and concierge software to wellness, longevity, and aesthetics providers (each a "Clinic"). When you book an appointment, purchase a gift card, or buy a membership or package through an Aemy-powered page, these Terms govern your use of the service. The Clinic you book with provides your treatment and sets its own service prices and policies; Aemy provides the software.

Booking requests

Submitting a booking creates a request. Your appointment is confirmed when the Clinic confirms your time, which we will communicate by text or email. Appointment availability, providers, and prices shown at booking may change until your request is confirmed.

Deposits and payment

Some services require a deposit to hold your time. Deposits are applied toward your service balance at checkout. Payments are processed by Square; your card details are entered directly with Square and are never stored on Aemy systems. By providing a payment method you authorize the Clinic to charge the deposit shown at booking and, where its policy provides, applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

You can cancel or reschedule from your confirmation email, your account page, or by contacting the Clinic. Each service shows its cancellation window at booking (typically 24 hours before your appointment). Cancelling inside that window, or missing your appointment, may mean your deposit is kept or a fee is charged, per the Clinic's policy shown at booking. On-time cancellations release your time and any deposit per that same policy.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient you designate. Treat gift card codes like cash; anyone with the code may redeem it. Gift cards are redeemable for services and retail at the issuing Clinic, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and do not expire unless stated otherwise at purchase.

Memberships and packages

Membership and package terms, including price, billing cadence, included services, and renewal, are presented at purchase. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled with the Clinic; benefits do not roll over unless the plan says so. Packages expire on the date shown at purchase, if any.

Communications

When you book, we send appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, changes) by text and email. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; see our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled. Marketing messages are separate and only sent with your express opt-in.

Medical services

Booking an appointment does not establish a provider-patient relationship. Medical and aesthetic services are subject to consultation, intake, and eligibility screening by the Clinic's licensed providers, who may decline or modify treatment in their professional judgment. Nothing on a booking page is medical advice.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate contact information, to book only for yourself or someone who authorized you, and not to interfere with or misuse the service (including probing, scraping, or attempting to access records that are not yours).

Disclaimers and liability

The booking service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aemy's aggregate liability arising out of your use of the booking service is limited to the amounts you paid through it in the twelve months before the claim. Aemy is not liable for the acts or omissions of any Clinic, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes

Billing questions about a specific charge are usually fastest to resolve with the Clinic directly, or write to us at the address below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute with Aemy will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes apply to bookings made after the change takes effect.
